DocuClass is built with the user in mind; despite its deep set of functionality it is easy to learn and use. Our hands-on training is personalized to your specific training goals. Cima Software currently offers training in three specific areas – Sales, Technical, and Workflow:
Consultative Sales Specialist Certification
Consultative sales certification classes are conducted classroom style. This is a free class which is offered four times per year and is personally conducted by our expert sales team. The sales certification class has a limited number of seats so be sure to register early. The class includes role playing sessions, industry and application specific sales scenarios, consultative selling, product functionality, sales tools, demoing skills and development sessions.

Online DocuClass Express Sales Class
The online DocuClass Expresss sales class is an introduction to DocuClass Express sales. This hands on four hour class will be conducted in an online classroom enabling the attendee to participate in class from virtually any location. The Express sales class will focus on demoing skills, positioning, key differentiators, how to generate opportunities, and prospecting with DocuClass Express.

Online Technical Certification 1
The technical certification 1 class is a technical introduction to DocuClass Enterprise. The class covers functionality of the most popular DocuClass modules and their implementation. Special attention is paid to the system security and configuration module. The student follows the instructor through the process of using each module and is given hands-on practice through various exercises. Real world examples are used to give the student an idea of how DocuClass is implemented in varying situations. This class is held in an online classroom as well as in a traditional in-person classroom. Upon successful completion of the examination the student is certified to install and troubleshoot all covered DocuClass modules.

Advanced DocuClass Concepts/Workflow Certification
The Advanced DocuClass Concepts/Workflow training class covers the functionality of more advanced DocuClass modules as well as the DocuClass Workflow modules and their implementation. The student follows the instructor through the process of using each of the three DocuClass Workflow modules, DocuClass Cold, DocuClass InfoPush, and DocuClass Application connector. The purpose of this class is to gain hands-on experience through the completion of various exercises. This class will help the student in using DocuClass Workflow in conjuction with other DocuClass Enterprise modules. Upon Successful completion of the examination the student is certified to install and troubleshoot all DocuClass Workflow modules; Workflow Agent, Workflow Client, and Workflow Manager.
