Best Ease Of Use Document Management Solution

Technical Certification
training_thumb The DocuClass technical training certification classes consist of multi-day online or in-person instruction. Class instruction will be conducted in an online or traditional classroom where students will follow along with an instructor while completing hands on activities. Certification testing will be conducted at the end of each technical training class. Students will have six hours in which to complete the certification testing. The class instructor will be available for any questions that may occur while testing.

Technical Certification 1

This technical training class is an introduction to DocuClass technical concepts. The class will cover the functionality of basic DocuClass modules and their implementation. Students will learn how to install, configure, and customize the DocuClass Enterprise system. Special attention will be paid to the system security and configuration module. Students will follow the instructor through the use of each module and have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various exercises. Technical 1 certification consists of two days of instruction and one day of certification testing. These classes are held both in an online classroom as well as in a traditional classroom at our facility in Pittsburgh, PA. Upon successful completion of the Technical Certification examination the student will:

  • Receive a technical certification certificate: this certification will enable the user to perform self-guided installations
  • Receive a full DocuClass system – a standalone system (for local host only) with Admin, Workflow and Database
  • Receive information on downloading the two year full DocuClass system

Detailed Technical Class Information

Certified students will also be able to:

  • Receive an internal DocuClass system for their companies at no additional cost (only maintenance must be purchased)

If taking any DocuClass technical training online it is strongly recommended that the student have two computers or monitors available to them for the duration of training. The student will then be able to view the instructor on one screen while completing hands-on exercises utilizing the other. A PC headset with microphone is also required.

If taking the in-person class each class attendee must bring their own laptop to class. It is recommended that the attendee have the software installed and configured before arriving to class.
