Cima Software (CIMA) works with a select group of companies to develop a robust and profitable network of DocuClass partners that embrace and use DocuClass’ solution to:

• Help their customers become more productive
• Expand their existing customer base
• Generate new opportunities
• Leverage their existing offerings
• Secure their positioning against competitors
• Gain market differentiation

With that in mind, we have established two DocuClass Partner Levels:

DocuClass Certified Reseller: The partner will become proficient in DocuClass and will take the primary roles prospecting and closing opportunities, implementing and supporting the solution. We look forward to establishing a true partnership with these DocuClass Certified Resellers (DCRs) in an effort to achieve our common goals. In addition to providing them with very attractive discount levels, we will support these companies with joint planning, marketing, sales support, comprehensive training, in-house demo systems, consulting, timely response to customers’ requests and a dedicated Account Manager. The DCR will receive an in-house DocuClass demonstration system including all hardware and software necessary to effectively show prospective customers the full capabilities of the system.

Agent Level Reseller: Enables dealers to market and sell DocuClass with minimal support overhead. As an agent, the company joins efforts with Cima in the sale of DocuClass by generating qualified leads and supporting Cima in its efforts to close those opportunities. Cima Software is responsible for all implementation and support services.
