Export Data and Reporting
blowing_page The DocuClass Export Data and Reporting component enables authorized users of DocuClass to export selected documents and data to external folders for distribution purposes.

Some important attributes of this component are:
  • Export the file with the associated data, the file only, or the data only.
  • The user defines what data (document group name, document type name, keywords and/or path to the image) is to be exported to CSV files.
  • Keyword values are exported “as is” or filtered using validation rules.
  • The order of exported keywords can be changed for output file.
  • Every export process is configured and saved as a new export job
  • Multiple export jobs can run simultaneously
  • The job can be triggered manually or automatically run according to a pre-determined schedule.
  • A job can send the exported documents and data to a remote site via FTP.
